The image of the Snow Queen in the fairy tale by G.-Kh. Andersen
Andersen Hans Christian
Andersen's fairy tales are the only Danish works that have entered world literature. Time did not deprive them of their vitality, and they crossed all national borders. From the rich literary heritage of the Danish writer, one can count at least a dozen fairy tales that only the deaf have not heard of. But if in the West the undisputed favorite of this hit parade is "The Little Mermaid", then "The Snow Queen" is clearly the leader in our country.
It is important to note that in our country we offer an “abbreviated”, or rather, distorted text of the fairy tale “The Snow Queen”, where all the religious and Christian topics are cut out. This not only impoverishes the tale, but essentially negates the richest ideological and artistic content that the writer put into it.
